Oh my – that was quite entertaining and I absolutely enjoyed your log. I wish I could have been there when you kept not being able to find your geomobile. Been there! I see that huffinpuffin2 logged that cache a couple of years ago. Must be a goodie!

I didn’t want to say it in the log, but it was really a let down. Just a black painted glass jar between a rock and a tree. No epic hill to climb, despite the T4 rating. Without the walk (even minus my mistake) it was a P&G without the P. No scenery, no historical location, just a randomly placed jar in the middle of nowhere.

^^^ that picture is from a spot I passed on the way between caches. Luckily I had one cache left in my car to place there.

So I went to Escanaba today and did some urban caching.

If there turns out to be any bomb scares in Escanaba today, I’m done with urban caching. Last time I went on an urban run, I was at the center of a bomb scare, which was a few years ago. I try to stick to the woods if I can, or at least in city parks.

Normally I log on my phone, so I’m brief. This one was too much to type on a phone, so I did it on a computer. Then I have a hard time keeping it brief.
