Our vehicles both need washing. They are covered in pollen, and what little rain we got just turned the dirt/pollen into yellow dribbles down the sides of the dark gray and black vehicles.

Mine got washed Wednesday before I left and it was such a mess that I stopped in Appleton today for a good cleanup at PDQ.  It’s now in the garage, with only a few bugs from the trip home.  Have fun campers!

Surprised I didn’t break a leg or twist an ankle at the WGA cache at Lakeshore SP.

I just want to say Beccaday hid it. I just make sure it is still there every once in a while. It took me 20 minutes to find it last week.

Feel free to move it Chris but good luck finding another place in that park that will be muggle free.  It’s a ridiculously busy park with only those large rocks for cover. I did take great pains to describe the location in detail so people could get to it without too much difficulty. I even brought colored rocks to put on top.

We both know there is no other place to hide it.  The other locations now have proximity issues.  The colored rocks are gone.

Time to catch up on all the important knowledge….  Eye Doctor appointment Friday and I had no time for caches but did find beef for a decent price at Festival.  Spent today on a scaffold starting to put up a mural the middles school created.  Noonan, sometimes you just have to max out the word count on a great cache and continue on a second post.  It’s fun to let the owner know how special their cache was.  Big Jim, that is so cool.  Being a teacher also I know how you feel.  Hope everyone is having fun at the campout.  I have yet to find anything I like about the new message feature on GC.com.  Not a fan.  Thanks Team Northwoods for visiting.  I love your blog.

One log written, 53 to go. Wrote “sandlanders” forty times yesterday. Surprised I didn’t break a leg or twist an ankle at the WGA cache at Lakeshore SP. Visited lots of cemeteries but found only dead relatives and no containers. Going for the FTP.

I feel your pain SL, finally got my 3 days worth of logs entered.  Had to go back and change a bunch because I did’t change the date when I started a new day.  That makes my 3 screwups for the trip.

Wish I could be in four places at the same time. Should have gone to my nephew’s graduation. Wanted to go to the campout. Also wanted to go to Rhinelander to watch the bike races. Made the commitment to help cook for the 80 volunteer Boy Scouts and adult leaders working on the Ice Age Trail south of the Eau Claire Dells.

All opinions, comments, and useless drivel I post are mine alone and do not reflect the opinions of the WGA BOD.

11 hours of rural caching through Beatty and Bly today resulted in 30+ finds and all kinds of TLC to caches eith inactive COs but great locations. If we had the LCG out here, I just won this month. I had a string of them that were at least two years unfound.
The raison d’ĂȘtre for the trip was a DNF though. FTF on a D5 escaped me.
Dogs are exhausted. No big adventures with huge logs. Just some beautiful locations and very lonely caches.
Chevy should pay me for all the places I drive the Volt…

                So, this should be easy.
