I see that the CO has some other caches with LOT in the name, and they are all mountains… Look Out Trail? Since it’s not a puzzle, it shouldn’t be a secret, so why not just send a note to the CO and ask?

Lookout tower fits. There are tons of fire towers up there with caches.

Until I looked at it closely, I thought it was in the parking lot compared to up a mountain.
