Thanks for the explanations of lab caches. I didn’t see any icon on my souvenir page, but found it when I clicked on the lab cache and there was a button that said View Award.

Speaking of souvenirs, I see they are arranged somewhat alphabetically, with a random grouping in the middle that is alphabetical within itself…the organizer in me wants to click and drag these souvenirs to arrange them otherwise. Of course, it will not let me.

Meetings all week this week before the official inservice meetings next week.

Looking forward to a quiet week. Staying home for the first weekend in a long time.

I hear you on that.  It’s fun to be out and explore, but I guess I’m not entirely cut out to live life on the road.  Trekkin’ is talking about caching on Saturday, but not too far from home. I could skip it myself at this point.  I still have tons of finds from this last trip to log!

Whew!  Finally finished logging the first day of our trip, including 18 EarthCaches.  I logged a couple placeholders at the beginning of the other two days, have a few more photos to add to the first day’s logs, but I need a break!

Wondering if I will get a chance to get out to place some this weekend. Can stay close to home and I have ideas for puzzles that need numbers. I also have a full truck on painted containers to unload.

Pat … we saw field after field of sunflowers between Chamberlain and Wall.

Noonan, He came to the WB Cache Bash a few years ago.  I found a couple caches with him.  He seemed like a nice guy.

CTQ: We always try to get off the highway to get “up close and personal” with the sunflower fields when we travel through the Dakotas, if it’s the right time of year.

BBG: Heading north of Highway 64 tomorrow for a bit of Cheeze, and if we get going soon enough, we might take a little detour down Route 85 SW of Eau Claire.
