Not exactly like the wormhole on this site, but I went to the geocaching website and take me to the old search and postal code and typed in my zip code, 54952. The caches that came up were in the Czech Republic. Trying several other nearby zip codes gave me caches listed in my area. I’ve always thought Menasha was a world apart. I guess the web programmers agree!

found this explaination. Waupaca does the same thing… http://forums.groundspeak.com/GC/index.php?showtopic=334377

Thanks for researching this.  It seems that other cities around the world have similar codes to our zip codes.  You would think that it would ask us to enter USA or have a drop down menu.  Also, I never encountered this prior to having two options for cache searches (old version and new).  I wonder what changed.  Anyway, thanks for investigating!

        Groundspeak get a cold?

Yeah, I finally have time to log my Cache Ba$h finds and the site decides not to cooperate. 🙁

Wind gusts over 55 mph today. They are using that four-letter word “rain” but it never seems to get here.

The best sig is no sig.

The wife and I were going to the farmer’s market and the rain told us to go out for breakfast instead.

I need to find an earth cache.  I want to be a hero.  There is one close and the Brewers are out of town.  But, it not terribly exciting. I am going to research one now.

Got a friendly beep from the first lady this morning. They must have been on their way to cache and release.

We got home a little while ago after four days at the family cabin with Pooh’s Pal along.  No cell service, no internet, no TV.  The little guy never missed it.  Neither did we.   We spent a day at Little Girls Point on the big lake, looking for agates.  We took him to Superior Falls, too.  When he got home, there was a nice full size basketball hoop in his driveway, which made him happy to be back home after all!

I’m up [yawn].  You don’t have to yell.

“your soul will never grow old, it’s ………” my ear worm this day.

I will be a hero in a few short, wet, moist, sticky, muddy, dirty hours.
