If she hadn’t posted, we’d still be on the other page. LOL

Bathtub drain pipe broke.  Really glad I did not go to the picnic.  The forever shower ladies would have flooded the house not knowing where the water was coming from.  It was a bad o-ring in the brass to plastic pipe connection.  A fun mess though.

In the basement or in the bathroom BBG?  Thinking bathroom.

Another Sunday (day) without a Packer game. Maybe I can place more caches tomorrow. We went to a local winery for a wine tasting. We noticed a sign alongside the road on the way home from the girls getting their hair done in town (and some caching for the boys). I may have earned enough brownie points to get some time on the trail, especially if I can convince the boy to come with me. He got a new computer game on our trip today, so the prospect of that happening are slim, but a parent can always hope.

HP2 – by the time you get back here, I may have them all the way out to Bly 🙂 especially if we have another no-snow winter. I’m closing in on Devil’s Garden now.

The picnic was very nice.  However, no Speedos were sported or spotted.  Bartrod has a legitimate gripe on that.  No one went over the falls in a barrel, but the water was roaring and gorgeous!

The fog that was at Pattison SP lifted as we drove east on our way back to Cheezeland.  Lovely sun for the whole drive.  Lovely sunset after we got back.  Moon is now rising large.  More area caching tomorrow.  Gotta love those long hikes into the woods for ONE cache.  Beats 100 P&Gs any day.  Might attempt a four-mile power trail hike tomorrow… ten caches.  😉

BBG, were you still able to finish the chores at our house even though you had a plumbing emergency at home?  😈

Upstairs bathroom.  Fortunately, we have access in the back of a closet.  We had a waterfall in the kitchen.

It was a beautiful day.  I thought of you at the picnic and was a bit jealous.  Someday.

I am drinking beer watching Bucky…could be worse, I could be driving.

Any more picnic tales to report?

I spent the day helping with a trail run at the Purdy Preserve and baking two pies. Not quite Northwest Wisconsin woods standards, but I did see two deer, many geese, and lots of woodland creatures.
