Noonan, I got notifications of fake “cheats” logs on three of our caches that were logged Friday. GC had already taken care of the perps and the deletes.
09/28/2015 at 3:10 pm #2043189Me too with the cheats. Saw the logs come in and they were deleted before I could open the cache page.

09/28/2015 at 3:12 pm #2043190How does Groundspeak (or any of us) know a “cheat” log from anyone just logging a cache they didn’t find? I guess I am confused that suddenly now they are policing this, like how do they know these cachers don’t actually find the cache? Isn’t that the owner’s call, to check the log?
09/28/2015 at 3:33 pm #2043191It’s how the logs are worded and the details of the “cachers”. These are robo-spam logs, not logs by real cachers who cheat. Those real cachers will be dealt with harshly in the afterlife… or something similar. 😉

09/29/2015 at 10:53 am #2043205And now, for your viewing pleasure, some photos of the falls at Pattison State Park, (They may be frickin’ huge!) When I finally write our log for the event, you can go there to see more.

09/29/2015 at 5:49 pm #2043211Nice photographs. Beccaday you should try to focus your camera. Do not blame the weather. (wink)
Thanks for sharing.
09/29/2015 at 10:30 pm #2043214We camped in Pattison, really wish we could’ve got back there before we moved out here (and after we started caching).
Haven’t updated the weather report:
This week through the weekend – sunny highs in the mid- to upper-70s or low 80s. Great caching weather! Homecoming week means no time to cache. All day volleyball tourney that we host on Saturday. At least the Packer game will be done shortly after noon, so that may give some opportunities. There should be 10 new caches in KF by tomorrow, and I have an appointment after work tomorrow…
