Odd publishing of some of WA’s new caches …. email says new and then when I open them in GC, they are archived.

Perhaps they are his caches for the event tomorrow and were published early? But some are active and have been found… maybe he enabled them after you checked. My message said they are bookmarked on the event page, but I don’t see it. That’s ok, I can find them other ways. <img src=”http://wi-geocaching.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_wink.gif&#8221; alt=”;)” class=”wp-smiley”>

YEah, most published ready to go but a few published as disabled. I rechecked a couple to make sure they were good to go and enabled them. WisKid flipped the switch and all is well.

This gives me a great appreciation for event like WBCB. Straightening out 20 caches to publish at once was a bear.

So glad that my fever is gone. That was horrible!

Finally got “My Old School” published! It isn’t any less visible to kids at school but looks like it is on the satellite view.
“Oh Yonna” is up now too. Just need to talk to the owner of the Mexican place to see if she’s ok with one in her parking lot and all the ear worms will be placed.

Running to town, another long day of basketball today. Maybe some finds in between.
Speaking of basketball, I will be ranting when I get on a non-work keyboard

Another Christmas Bird Count in the books (except for the potluck tonight). We’d probably get more birds on the count if this interminable haze would ever lift, but we still had fun!

I talked to Mrs. S yesterday. The drum repair people are supposed to come today and take care of the problem. She’s been baking, wrapping presents and of course, went to that event on Saturday.
