First to post Sunday.
I know it does not count, because I have not slept yet.
10/18/2015 at 7:50 am #204364212 hours of work yesterday for H
JV volleyball. It rained the whole time. That means my cache planting is a no-go today. Maybe find a few when we go house hunting. The best sig is no sig.
10/18/2015 at 7:55 am #2043643Today’s plan is to take those fat tire bikes up to the MVC quarry and start putting them through a few paces. Hopefully neither of us wipes out. We have a couple caches up there that need some attention, so it will do double duty.
I’m sick of maintenance. And I wish some cache owners would be as attentive to maintenance. Yesterday was pretty sucky, cache-wise.
10/18/2015 at 8:08 am #2043644Wheels up in 6 hours. Can’t wait to see her.
Nothing like stalking a teenager at 36,000 feet on an international flight…

Rain is good.

I already have that site up on my phone. Amy is going a bit crazy. I thought she was going to make me go to Chicago to get her. The bus should be back at her school between 5 and 6. She called before they took off this morning. She is happy to be coming home. She said she is tired and wants a Wendy’s burger and her own bed.
10/18/2015 at 9:57 am #2043648Past Greenland now, soon to be done with crossing the Pond.
Travel is great, but coming back home is better. Hope Hannah can finish that Wendy’s burger before she hits the hay in her own bed.
10/18/2015 at 10:45 am #2043649Is she expected to be at school tomorrow? That will be interesting!
10/18/2015 at 11:24 am #2043650Well over land now. Just a couple of hours or so out. Too bad the Bears aren’t playing at home. That would be cool to fly over a full Soldier Field on their approach.

It seems the flight has landed. I have not met the young lady but I am a fan of safe travel. I look forward to hearing about the trip here.
10/18/2015 at 3:24 pm #2043652She is on the bus heading home from Chicago. We just finished getting the Halloween decorations up for her return.
Yes, she is expected in class tomorrow. She also has play rehearsal. The play opens Halloween weekend, so it is getting intense with half the cast abroad last week.

10/18/2015 at 4:45 pm #2043654I am glad that I am not a referee. Everyone knows that referees are never right, and that certainly was the case today in Detroit.

10/18/2015 at 4:46 pm #2043655I think I’ll go find a few park and grabs.
