Four more puzzles for this event published overnight. I have one solved. I have about four that I’m trying to get things to work out. Quite a few that I keep trying different things, or simply staring at, that I just…don’t…know. I figure it’s no skin off my back if we don’t “spell” out all the geoart this weekend. It will probably disappear in about three months, anyway. That’s been the experience with the Metro Parks, anyway.
10/27/2015 at 10:19 am #2043953One more solve and one more published. Yikes!
10/27/2015 at 10:59 am #2043954Because I know you’re all dying to know my progress on this mess….I solved another. Another one published. I did get help on three stumpers from the cache owner to try and improve my odds. Hoping that helps I’m still staring at the “WTF?” ones. And we’re one post closer to the next FTP.
10/27/2015 at 1:05 pm #2043957So…everyone else must be solving puzzles today, too? Just nailed another one. My solve count is up to 17 now. I’m sure there will be cheat sheets floating around at that event, but I’d rather do the solving myself.
10/27/2015 at 5:34 pm #2043960I was not solving puzzles, just doing more winterizing around the estate. Came in when it started to rain about half an hour ago, but that gave me a good excuse to check on your progress with the puzzles, Birdin’. 😉
10/27/2015 at 6:00 pm #2043961Happy 10 month co birthday to Mrs. Sandlanders!
10/27/2015 at 6:28 pm #2043962Still sitting at 17 solved. I quit around noon and went on to other things here. Going to go back now and see if I can increase my percentage, but the remaining ones I’m just not seeing them.
10/27/2015 at 6:57 pm #2043964Happy 10 month co birthday to Mrs. Sandlanders!
And Happy Half-Birthday to Mister Greenthumb!
10/27/2015 at 7:01 pm #2043965One more solve, no new ones published. I have two that I have some concepts, but it’s not going where I want. A bunch of oddball sudoku variants. I have enough issues with the typical ones, LOL
10/27/2015 at 7:05 pm #2043966What puzzles are you solving Gwyn?
The views expressed here are that of myself only and do not necessarily represent that of the WGA board.
10/27/2015 at 7:37 pm #2043969Halloween Hoopla this coming weekend. One is GC64kyf You’ll find the others nearby forming geoart. It’s supposed to spell “meow” but I think the ‘w’ is a little messed up. The one I shared is one where I have the stuff (I think) needed to obtain coordinates, but haven’t quite puzzled out how to get to them.
10/27/2015 at 7:55 pm #2043970Just got my count up to 19. Still puzzling over the two that have my brain running circles around the info I have. But at least I’m past the halfway mark now. I think there will be a final released that day, contingent on finding all the info in these, bring the total to 40.
10/27/2015 at 8:02 pm #2043971Did someone say puzzles??
10/27/2015 at 8:03 pm #2043972I have some doosies planned!
10/27/2015 at 8:04 pm #2043973Mention puzzles and the Cheeze comes out of the woodwork.
All opinions, comments, and useless drivel I post are mine alone and do not reflect the opinions of the WGA BOD.
