Boy, it’s taking a long time for stuff on gc to load or send. I know right after a weekend it’s typically bad, but I’ve never seen it this pokey. Actually, most of the internet seems sluggish….kind of like me, really!

We had a little sun, but on the way home from our hike on the IAT it started to sprinkle.

We took a hike of about 3-4 miles on the IAT today. Doesn’t sound like much, but it was all switchbacks and up and down. We only moved one mile as the crow flies. That took 2.5 hours including stopping for 8 caches. Felt like more miles and hours than it was.

One year anniversary of my hip replacement last week…missed deer hunting season last year…think I’ll miss it again this year cuz it’s gonna be c-c-c-cold.

Found one today before meetings and three after the meetings got done early! One was a find/hide because it was archived, but I noticed someone found a munzee there and mentioned the cache was still in place even though it was archived.

Because it was hidden next to a cemetery, I invented the OrSQ – Oregon Spirit Quest – designation. Wonder if it will catch on? I think I will edit one of my earlier hides to be another OrSQ too.

The new landowner where Trekkin’ has gone deer hunting in past years says….no. Maybe no deer hunting this year. He says he likes to get a deer, but mostly he just likes being out there. So we might go to a show Saturday night instead!
