Now watch for all of those doll-related pop-up ads to start appearing on your computer, jar42!

They will be a welcome change from the Battery Tender ads I’ve been getting for the last 6 wks. after doing a little post purchase comparing of one I got at Fleet Farm.

My ads are all for popcorn supplies, ever since I ordered popcorn boxes for the GIFF event.

All opinions, comments, and useless drivel I post are mine alone and do not reflect the opinions of the WGA BOD.

Sickness going around here. I was up 20 hours yesterday day too. Woke up at 3 and just as I was thinking about a nap after supper former student/daughter’s friend’s sister knocked on the door. Thought she wanted math help but she was crying.
Her sister had run away after a fight with her dad. Well, the only police force out here is Smith & Wesson so I took the kids with me to start searching. Canvassed both stores in town and stopped every car (5) and came up empty.
Stepped in as school admin since I was the only staff around.
We searched until 11 and came up empty. Rain started falling at 9.
Girl has no phone, boyfriend and too young to drive. Amazing how many hiding spots there are in a town of 400.
People keep searching after we quit at 11.
They found her at 2:30 hiding in a bin at school with the school cat. There is heat where they were (that’s why we have a school cat).

Good to have a good ending but it is going to rough on them.

And, we may lose the house for lack of $3000 to cover closing costs. We would have all the money needed by closing, just don’t have it now.

FTP for the 2nd Friday of December.

Noonan, have you asked the seller to cover the closing costs?  It is not that uncommon.

Good Luck, I hope it all works out.

Two weeks and I get a three day weekend.

Glad that had a happy ending, sort of. Hope the house thing has one, too.

If not…..we’re up nort’ and sitting at Mickey Ds to do the internet thing. We just had an offer to buy a bar and five bedroom home next to it from a guy who got in trouble with the law and wants to get out of town. True story. I am not making this up.

        Gotta love the U.P.

Looks like we’re in for an early spring. I’ve seen buds on some maples.

Our crocuses are coming up. 🙄

I don’t think the travel agent for the sandhill cranes  is doing their job. …I saw about 150 of them (birds not travel agents) in a harvested  cornfield near  Plainfield yesterday on the way to Omro.
