It’s hard to believe but I’ve seen a few flurries in the air this morning, it’s only mid December.

And you took the time to test out your theory for us. Well done, BBG!

So…..one of my brothers sent us a nudge to go do the Beethoven google doodle today. All three of us did it. All three of us goofed up the exact same way on the exact same piece. I say it’s genetic. The youngest brother says…”only in the respect that our parents guided our educational choices and musical training.”

Talk about a spoilsport. He probably waits years to say stuff like that to his two older sibs! Where’s the magic?

That doodle must not be all that fun for people who can’t read music. Thankfully, I can, and I have played all those pieces.

Thanks for the Google doodle tip…it is harder to do with no sound, but I got them within the second try.  Fun!

Grandma Daycare was a happenin’ place today after school. We made banana bread. We “wrote” music and performed it on the piano. We discovered the dollhouse has lighting and the Littlest Pet Shop toys fit in the chairs. (My grandmother bought, decorated and furnished this thing…”to leave to Gwyneth.” She reupholstered a queen anne chair that cost around 80 bucks, among other amenities)(including a scale sized framed photo on the wall of me when I was still cute…like three years old!) We started a toilet paper tube mermaid. Some days I’m on!

A large 2 topping pizza, garlic bread, and 4 frosty mugs of Sprecher’s root beer for $19. Some one else is doing the dishes tonight!

The principal stopped me today and asked if I was going to see the new Star Wars movie at midnight. I don’t think that I could handle a full day of teaching on 3 hours sleep.

All opinions, comments, and useless drivel I post are mine alone and do not reflect the opinions of the WGA BOD.

Well, I’m off, not on. 😕 Just made another batch of soupy fudge. I think the marshmallows get crappier every year. I still have to frost the cut-out cookies, and I hate doing that. I always have extra of some of the stuff I find too irresistible to stay away from; hence, a few extra pounds come January. This will be the last year I do Christmas goodie plates for others. The people we give this stuff to are moving away or dying off. Down to maybe 5-6 people, and they need the calories just about as much as we do. Sometimes traditions, like GC streaks, have to end. Time to … let it go.

Is it time to let FTPs go, too?
