On the plus side – it is the only place we found with cement flooring in the attached garage (rarity) and in the basement (double rarity).

Interesting, is that regional?  I can only think of one place I’ve ever rented/lived in like that and it was an old, old house.  Or then again, maybe I’ve always lived in classy joints.

Cutout cookie frosting day. You’re never too old to lick the frosting bowl.

I might do spritz today.  I also have a sewing project for Aizy and her doll to finish for Christmas…matching hats that look like owls.

We’ve really been working on not letting all things caching dominate our life, especially the travel all the time.  Fixed income can’t support a steady diet of this stuff, and we have lots of interests that have gone wanting.  I keep finding out fun things right in the area.  A couple of my yoga friends keep posting these “BBB” things on the book of faces.  Well, it’s “BeerbyBikeBrigade.”  Once a month, people get together to ride and check out a brew pub or wine bar in town.  They do fundraisers for Habitat.  Next month it’s a chili cook off.  How fun!

There’s a whole world of fun things to do. Caching is just one of them

I use to do that in college…  Wear a bike helmet.

Rain again today, I’m starting to get use to a snowless Christmas.
