        My wife worries about safety. She will probably want them replaced, not on our dime. The house is overpriced, so we need to see where the appraisal comes in and how the sellers handle a potential decrease in price because the VA doesn’t overpay for homes.

        Need to talk to our realtor about the inspection before the appraisal happens. Then we see.

            Welcome back everyone! Thanks to our new webmaster Melissa, for hunting down the reason for our loss of service. A2 had a DDOS attack on their systems which caused us to go off line but we are back!

                    Thanks to Melissa for her expertise during this busy season!

                    Our older son surprised us by coming over last night after church.  (Would have been an even bigger surprise if he’d joined us at church).  We watched “Scrooged” together.  Weird to think that he was only 2 when it came out and now he’s on the short slide to 30!

                    I think since he doesn’t have Aizy this week, he was kind of lonely in his house.  Nice that he thought of hanging with the parental units.

                        Cooper was back here for a good part of the day today, too. I’d made a nice dinner and we enjoyed that. Both boys will stop over sometime tomorrow, but the present unwrapping won’t be until next week. We’re happy to hear no one had to yell at you, Mr. GT!
