Posting from a hospital room in Franklin, IN while visiting my sick F.I.L. At least there are 4 caches within close walking distance. Isabelle the geopup and I have made quick work of these.

12/28/2014 at 11:01 am #2032914This week I get to take a sawzall to a hot tub that no longer works but had the room built around it. Sweet.

12/28/2014 at 11:17 am #2032915Donβt forget that newbies sometimes submit a cache to be published before they have the container in place. <img src=”http://wi-geocaching.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_rolleyes.gif” alt=”” class=”wp-smiley”>
Yeah, that too.
All opinions, comments, and useless drivel I post are mine alone and do not reflect the opinions of the WGA BOD.
12/28/2014 at 12:21 pm #2032916I knew exactly which cache BJ meant. We saw it and were so glad Trekkin’ has been freed of his FTF disease. π
12/28/2014 at 12:26 pm #2032917Saw 5 eagles soaring over the river in Combined Locks. So cool!
12/28/2014 at 12:48 pm #2032918No snowy owl today. It may have been there by the lake, but it did not visit me in my bedroom. I woke up too late and other things took priority.
12/28/2014 at 1:33 pm #2032920Oh bummer. I think it’s been pretty reliable. Photos I’ve seen show it near a power box or something like that. Not the most photogenic setting, but you take what you can.
Apparently one was rescued near Westby the other day with a broken wing. A rehabber is caring for it now and it should be fine. If anyone is looking at these owls, please keep your distance and don’t flush them for the “perfect” shot. They are wild creatures and should be seen as such. Every winter, this stuff rears its ugly head and tempers on the bird pages start to flare.
12/28/2014 at 2:34 pm #2032921Hoo ho hoo. Hoot. Hoot.
That’s the call I hear but never see

12/28/2014 at 3:04 pm #2032922Sounds like Great Horned…though you have some others out there I wouldn’t know.
12/28/2014 at 8:33 pm #2032928After 8 days I can finally get back in to the WGA website. Password reset and the pages finally loaded. The useless drivel has been piling up!
12/28/2014 at 9:39 pm #2032931Family photos turned out awesome. Christmas 2014 is in the books. The house is quiet after having 13 people here for three days. Now getting ready to fly out to Cyprus on Wednesday. Never a dull moment.

12/29/2014 at 12:06 am #2032936The “biggest cache in the world” GC1K5ND is in Cypress. Think you’ll have time for a few, Marie?
12/29/2014 at 12:41 am #2032937Wore two contracts in one eye for over a week and just found out last night when I took them out.
