SL, how were the snowbanks in the Pardeeville area?  Seems like roads around here that run east/west have smaller snowbanks than north/south.

That didn’t go as planned.  We went out to eat and were so full, we decided to skip the brewery.  It was an insane traffic mess by the Rotary Lights, so we said…let’s go home and open our wine.  I think we’re going to pull out some board games pretty soon.

I always stay up until midnight to see the fireworks. They have a 20 minute show at the ski hill a half mile from our house every year.

We saw the early fireworks when we went to LaCrosse. They do them again at midnight. Actually, they do a short one every night for the whole month of December here.

We did our own fireworks show for a couple of New Years. Pretty much sparklers…

Any of you have clear skies, you might be able to see Northern Lights. They’re pretty active tonight and places with clear skies are posting some nice photos. Unfortunately….I won’t be one of them. Clouds, clouds, clouds!
