I was out from about noon to five, birding Goose Island. Awesome day. Three different owl species and other neat birds. Saw tons of deer and a coyote on the drive home. Great day!
01/04/2016 at 5:53 pm #2045754I got a card Saturday from a local funeral home that said ” Resolve to Prearrange Your Funeral”.
Maybe they could at least wait till start coughing.
Once you’re coffin, it’s too late.

01/04/2016 at 5:55 pm #2045755Waiting to see what happens with the next FTP. Hopefully I will not still be stuck in Groundhog Day.
My favorite movie and my favorite day of the year also! Don’t dis Groundhog’s Day. Many important people born that day.

01/04/2016 at 6:05 pm #2045757Yesterday we saw a doe with what I thought was a frozen apple hanging from her muzzle. Told my friend what we saw and she said that she thinks it is a tumor because it was hanging there last week when she saw it. Doe looked like she was in good shape so I guess it isn’t preventing her from eating.
01/04/2016 at 6:08 pm #2045758What irritates me about as much as anything is getting logged out randomly. I was logged in and then went and refilled some bird feeders, came back and refreshed the page and found I was logged out.
I think there is a certain Westside BOD that sits there with her finger on the button to log out people when they turn away. Do you have a webcam she hacked?

Maybe she sent that letter you received on Saturday. Just a thought. Sounds like she has it in for you.

I guess I’m going to have to make a cardboard cutout to put in my chair when I leave.

Just train the cats to play on the keyboard when you leave… although who knows what they will be ordering online then.
01/04/2016 at 8:10 pm #2045773The cats are both sleeping after a long and strenuous day of napping.
01/04/2016 at 8:18 pm #2045775Vincent…A rather great track on the American Pie Album.
Daughter the younger received an ‘advanced coloring book’ of Van Gogh paintings from Santa. I guess they couldn’t get a Starry copyright.
I spent the day stocking and cleaning shelves of Wine and Liquor. I wish I was with Birdin’.
I bet Mr.GT is watching The Time Traveler’s Wife tonight or reading it.
01/04/2016 at 8:36 pm #2045776I set up a trellis for the pea plants in my hydroponic garden at school over break. Today I discovered the first blossom. Looking forward to fresh peas in February.

01/04/2016 at 8:38 pm #2045777New Years resolution – more reading books, less screen time. Logging out now to read a couple chapters of “Iron Lake” by William Kent Krueger.
