Ugh. I wasn’t planning on learning new things today, but I might have to. When I was out birding yesterday, I apparently changed the setting for my images to S-RAW. I finally got the images off the camera, couldn’t find them at first, finally found them but my photo software can’t find them. Tracked down the issue and I guess I now need to track down the software that came with the camera if I want to process them. You mean…..my expensive “point and shoot away” is going to require me to do otherwise????????

But first….a bike ride in the snow!

Jar42, that was a saying my grandma always said. It’s been running through my head since yesterday’s posts on the subject, so I shared the saying here so that everyone else can have it running through their heads.

I don’t know how that I knew that was a saying from grandma but I did. I was thinking that was something she would have said after having her mid-morning pick-me-up.

We went for our bike ride. It was fun, but we both are feeling it. Man, riding one of those bikes in snow really takes a lot more energy!

And I’ve found the software I’m supposed to us, have determined I don’t need a firmware update and that’s as far as I got. This probably was a good accident, because I should have learned how to use this camera capability long ago. Now if I want to post my owl and sunset photos, I’ll have to work through the process to learn.

One or both of us has been sick every day so far this year. By the time we’re both feeling better it looks like the weather will be getting worse.
