6 hour bump.
01/07/2016 at 9:13 pm #2045877Oh my goodness! I check in after 6 hours and luckily, just before I post, JimandLinda does…I thought maybe it was broken. While I am happy to see other forum topics getting action, something is wrong when I am a TS frequent poster. My contract calls for cameos with occasional extended storyline arcs. Where are all the TS lead characters? Is there an award show tonight for them I am not aware of?J&L, the official WBCB accountant is here, so he is not tabulating the results. Shopko day is over. What life stuff is keeping everyone busy?
01/07/2016 at 9:43 pm #2045878Busy watching Midsomer Murders.
Always enjoy watching people drive on the wrong side of the road.

This is our most recent favorite series. We are catching up and on Season 6 – Episode 1. I just love Chief Inspector Barnaby!

01/08/2016 at 7:39 am #2045885I had to get a newsletter written. Then I had to make supper. Walk one of the dogs. I did yoga at home. Watched TV. I’m not sure that’s an exciting life, but it’s what kept me busy yesterday!
01/08/2016 at 8:59 am #2045887My driveway is quite icy this morning but now that the temperature is starting to creep up above freezing it will get better soon.

This would be the big break that all the understudies have been waiting for! Go for it, amita!
(Actually, after almost eight years of posting in the WGA forums, I have nothing left to say. And if I repeat myself, the wormhole doesn’t like it and makes those posts permanently disappear.)
01/08/2016 at 11:23 am #2045889I’m hibernating…but take heart! Groundhog Day is quickly approaching. I just hope I don’t see my shadow π
Oconto...the birthplace of western civilization:)
01/08/2016 at 11:30 am #2045890Sorting end of the year paperwork and getting all our tax stuff together. Additionally, I’m clearing out much of the saved stuff in our file cabinets dating back to the 1980s. We really don’t need documentation from appliances we no longer have, or statements from accounts that were closed years ago. π Moreover, I’m sorting about a year’s worth of brochures, notes, letters, etc. that I conveniently place in a stack that gets attention about every year or so. Out with the old – in with the new. This time, geocaching is getting its very own drawer instead of half a drawer. It needs it; it has been overflowing for quite a while!
01/08/2016 at 12:25 pm #2045893We’ve been going through that kind of stuff, too. There gets to be so much of it and only so many places to keep it. We’ve been trying to relocate some geocaching stuff to other spots, since we’re making an intentional slowdown with it and it doesn’t need to be so immediately accessible. That said…apparently for some reason we “need” a cache, so we’re heading into town shortly. Fortunately, said cache is in the arts district and we may want to pick up tickets for a show next weekend as long as we’re there!
I was going to go and look for birds, but with .25 mile visibility, I probably can’t see them, anyway. Not biking, either…too sloppy and icy for biking. Yoga was a killer this morning anyway, even though I always feel better when I finish than when I came in.
01/08/2016 at 3:27 pm #2045896I’ll be baking cakes tonight. I was asked to provide cakes for a banquet tomorrow, for 150 people. Shoulda said “No.”

01/08/2016 at 3:29 pm #2045897Maybe I’ll put blue frosting on those cakes and see what happens π

I got an e-mail from Swamphog today. Said there was a snowy owl spotted at the Marshfield Airport. Must be waiting for a flight out to Florida.
