YES!!!! They were there about 30 minutes ago. By the time I’d bundled up to go on the deck to take photos, all the birds had been spooked by something (couldn’t spot a hawk anywhere) and were hunkered down. They’ve started feeding again but no sign of the redpolls now. An American Tree Sparrow graced us with a visit, too. It’s cold, they’re not interested in foraging if the cafeteria is open!

It would be a cold one at the stadium today.  The six kings look good so far.

I have only had a squirrel today at the feeder.  He kind of looked like this:

We had a very large terrorist on the back deck early this morning. It was looking right at us. We stared daggers back at it.

Just went to yoga. The thermometer on my car said 0. It feels colder than that. A lot colder.

Going golfing tomorrow. There’s an indoor place in Waukesha where you use your own clubs and drive an actual ball into a computerized soft screen. The screen projects an image of the “course” you’re playing and you see your ball travel, along with speed and distance. Playing a full 18 holes there despite the cold weather. The ultimate golf video game. 🙂
