Thanks for reminding me, jar42. I need funding to support my lunch habit. Went out twice last week, three times expected for this week. Only one of those five involved Mr. S. He’s going to do laundry while I’m out and about today. 😀

Friday evening might be decent enough for the two of us to go out for fish. It’s been a while.

Update on my ancient blouse I dredged up.  The pattern has four versions.  I looked to see which one I’d cut out.  Same one I’d cut out if doing this today!

This has to date from 1978 or older.  The pattern is stamped “Minnesota Fabrics,”  which was the store in the mall a couple blocks from my parents’ home.  That mall was flattened in a tornado not too long after that.  I moved to Wisconsin in 78 when I went to grad school in Point.

French bread is now rising. It’s my contribution to the annual meeting potluck for Audubon tonight. Trekkin’ comes to the meetings when food is served!

The parents new friend, Howie, is a white and gray american short hair.  He is about 2-3 years old.  He came from the Onalaska Humane Society.  I only received two photos today.

Made it official today. Told our employer we are retiring. Our last day of work will be May 27th.
