So… the older you get, the younger you look, BigJim? Or does Mr. Nagel have a really rough class this year? 😉

Ahhh, the future of every child in his hands. Big responsibility.
(Unless he just sits in his office and puts his feet up. We had one like that.)

STP 4 Friday.
Took 27 four- and five-year olds snowshoeing today. Last year it was hovering near zero degrees. This year the challenge was getting the snowshoes on and keeping them on.
I hope you had additional adult help, Debby! Been there, done that…with special ed kids. Really, a fun way to spend a day of work, actually!
Oh yes, we had lots of help after not having enough last year–the naturalist and two volunteers, five teachers, and three parents. Some of the 4K boys were disappointed to find out we were not going snow-shooting.
I’ve been told the robins are around all winter, but I have never seen any before…until today.
Snow-shooting…oh dear! 😉

Since we’ve lived in this place over 30 years, stuff accumulates, despite my best efforts at trying to clear stuff out. I was happy tonight to pass on our old vacuum to our older son, who has his own place and needed one. He was happy to take it and save on buying one. Hurray! I’ve already passed along a small pile of kitchen linens and a few excess food prep items.
I don’t think it even makes a dent!

Going to jump in cold water today for the Special Olympics.
If interested in sponsoring me, there is a link to the Polar Plunge. Any amount is welcome!
Doing something stupid for a good reason at 12:31 today in Green Bay. Whattya say? (Yeh, feeble rhyming, I know)

Following the signals from space.
I see that people who do this very often wear elaborate outfits.
Will you be dressed as an ammo can or a pill bottle.
Can he drive his Jeep into the water?
