Happy New Year thread stealers!
12/31/2014 at 6:13 pm #2033018The Cat is over in England? We have six more hours to go here!
12/31/2014 at 6:16 pm #2033019Working on a foggy tree … Happy New Year Thread Stealers!
12/31/2014 at 6:43 pm #2033020Happy New Year’s to my fellow Threadstealer’s!!
12/31/2014 at 7:55 pm #2033021Working on a foggy tree …
I suppose I should start working on that one. 🙄
BTW, if there are thread stealers who are staying home tonight, this place is party central. I’m up for some good back-and-forth, but don’t expect me to stay up till midnight.
Now… Off to check out that foggy tree.
12/31/2014 at 8:08 pm #2033022We had brief mayhem here earlier tonight, but the presents are open and gone, along with their people.
Poohs Pal’s daddy’s friend made me a really nice neck scarf and both of us a really cool little Xmas tree, upcycled from an old dictionary! Handmade gifts are the best.
Gotta finish packing…we’re taking a couple days to hike our butts off at Willow River. One of four state parks we’ve never visited before.
12/31/2014 at 9:40 pm #2033023Thinking of hiding a few to start the new year off right.
Called to see where I can take the Volt in for a checkup. It doesn’t want to shift out of first, or at least that’s what it sounds like. Not happy about driving it 77 twisty miles to have it checked out, but that is the closest place. They’ve never worked on one before, but they sold one last year. Need to wait a week before they can see it. Maybe see how much replacing the cracked window will be too.

12/31/2014 at 9:42 pm #2033024Ooh, Willow River is so pretty! Although I’ve only been to two parts of it. We’re going to Interstate and Straight Lake Sp’s tomorrow.
Who will have all the honor and glory of having the FTP for 2015???

12/31/2014 at 9:43 pm #2033025Lots of trails at WRSP! We didn’t come close to finding even half of the ones there. Look to see if they are winter friendly. I know some of the ones we found would be buried, maybe the SP series one…

12/31/2014 at 9:52 pm #2033026foggy tree at 47% after 194 minutes. Might help if I paused it when I watch something interesting on TV.
12/31/2014 at 9:54 pm #2033027Almost all of the caches in Willow River have been found in the last week or even less than that. We have some warmer days and no more snow, so we’re going for it now, when we’re able to get away. Not expecting to get them all. There’s one puzzle that’s going to take a lot more work than we could take on a spur of the moment trip plan!
Becca, If you can, take a look for the other caches at Straight Lake that start from the north side…all IAT stuff. Really lovely area and most people just head in, get the SP one and another one or two and skip all those. They’ve missed out.
12/31/2014 at 10:09 pm #2033028Well, this is the third time I am trying to post #13. If it doesn’t work this time, I am going to bed.
12/31/2014 at 10:10 pm #2033029Dang! It worked! Now I’ll have to stay up longer.
12/31/2014 at 11:43 pm #2033030Felt like a wimp when I decided not to go out caching today, then my son walked into the house. I said, “I didn’t hear your car.” He said, “That’s because I snowshoed here.”
All opinions, comments, and useless drivel I post are mine alone and do not reflect the opinions of the WGA BOD.
