02/14/2016 at 6:23 pm #2046998Four posts in a row on Valentine’s Day. Someone loves herself more than us!
02/14/2016 at 6:33 pm #2046999Saw a coyote on today’s Expedition. He took off after spotting me. I had a hammer and a knife, just in case! He must have known that. Went in in sunlight; came out in moonlight.
02/14/2016 at 6:44 pm #2047000Cool! Were you able to get any photos? That’s one animal that, though I’ve seen it many times, have never had the camera handy when I did.
We had a way too close for comfort encounter near the Minnesota River in the south metro a couple years back…and no camera.
02/14/2016 at 7:25 pm #2047001Just when you thought you could find ANYTHING on the Internet…..
I went through my annual ritual of shoveling out the girl cave, but dug a bit deeper this year. There’s a box under the table that probably hadn’t been opened in 30+ years. I opened it. Among other things, I found a bag with a blouse cut out to be sewn. The bag was from a mall where I grew up that was flattened by a tornado in the early 80s.
I figured I might as well sew this thing up. The styling is pretty timeless. I remembered why I had started this project. I loved a Rive Gauche perfume commercial in which a young woman (my age when I bought the supplies) was walking through a Paris market. I was trying to copy her blouse, bohemian that I thought I was.
I cannot find that commercial or any of the print ads for it. But trying to find it was an entertaining walk down my youthful fashion years! And just what does it say about my fashion sense when I feel okay about finishing up an item I started o ear 40 years ago? 😯
02/14/2016 at 8:26 pm #2047002I had plenty of supplies on my Expedition, but no camera. The light was fading, and he was about 50 yards away, trotting in some trees. He was too quick for a Kodak moment!

02/15/2016 at 7:50 am #2047005Wow, it finally happened to me. I tried to post something and after clicking on submit, it disappeared. That must be what many have meant by “the wormhole.”
02/15/2016 at 9:35 am #2047006Every single post goes through the wormhole for me… that is, the screen ends up back on Page One of the drivel each time I post. If I post something that has been worded exactly the same as any previous post, then it goes through the wormhole and disappears.
Maybe different browsers yield different results.
02/15/2016 at 9:37 am #2047007Today’s craphas was quite nice to clear as opposed to that evil craphas a couple of weeks ago.
02/15/2016 at 10:06 am #2047009I get slammed back to page 1 every time too. So far, I have remembered to add something different to what may be a repeat, so no disappearing posts … so far.
02/15/2016 at 10:11 am #2047010Maybe it’s our Apple computers Pat?
02/15/2016 at 10:11 am #2047011It happened…
