Randy, Our Geodog buddy came from the Klamath Animal Shelter. She says she misses the hills.
02/27/2016 at 12:40 am #2047277Hey! I recognize that grass! FTP for Saturday, too!
02/27/2016 at 9:18 am #2047278I have a couple of the black plastic jaws type mouse traps, both baited with a gob of peanut butter with a single sunflower seed on top. This morning I noted that one was missing the seed. The other was missing from the engine bay of my truck. I found it on the floor with a dead mouse it it, looks like he pushed his luck one seed too far.
02/27/2016 at 9:42 am #2047279Garmin communicator does not work on Microsoft Edge for Windows 10 or Google Chrome. I had to download an old version of explorer to load caches. {sigh}
Work Rant….cuz I can’t do it any where else. Hack, it did not work. They restructured the entire company for the third time this year. Meaning: I have all new accounts for the third time this year starting Monday.
02/27/2016 at 9:49 am #2047280This year, BBG? As in 20016? As in… it’s only two months old!
Jar42, you have two mice. You caught the dumb one. The smart one is still out there waiting for another single sunflower seed.
Page 606 is another palindrome page.
02/27/2016 at 10:07 am #2047281It will be replaced shortly and these aren’t just sunflower seeds, these are sunflower seed kernels meant for human and presumably rodent consumption.

Yep.
02/27/2016 at 6:35 pm #2047283So you have to learn new clients and routes again? I guess the upside is….you survived the cuts. Bummer!
02/27/2016 at 6:37 pm #2047284Someone out here has been working on that series too. Not sure how far they ever got with it, but I haven’t had time to really look at it.
We’ve been looking at getting a bigger dog (my avatar is our biggest dog, at 20 pounds. The other one is 8 on a heavy day.). My daughter and I visited with this guy after I picked her up from school. He’s 2 years old and 200 pounds, but he isn’t done filling out yet.
A friend had a Great Pyrenees. They had to say goodbye to him last year. He was a shelter dog, too, and the most gentle fellow.
02/27/2016 at 7:43 pm #2047285I am being reminded of WHY I got sick of finding goofy challenge caches….all the data mining and listing. I found one today that requires one to find 50 caches, each with the name of the 50 different states. So now I’m sorting through, listing out GC #s, cache name and the found date. So far I’m on the 11th state and ready for a break.
On the upside, I had a few really nice hikes in the woods in different parts of Minnesota….with just the sweatshirt, no jacket! One of the state park caches was a good three mile round trip hike. And I got to meet a cacher with whom we’ve corresponded. I guess he used to live in Middleton….MasterSergeantUSMC. Nice guy. His two kids were along for the long muddy hike and having a blast.
02/28/2016 at 3:52 am #2047287FTP for the last Sunday in February.
02/28/2016 at 8:47 am #2047288Earlier this week the forecast for today was for temperatures in the teens. Now today they are saying it may get up to sixty here today.
02/28/2016 at 8:59 am #2047289Well, I predict it will reach 10,000 today, Mister GT… 😉
02/28/2016 at 9:42 am #2047291You must be getting the weather we had yesterday. Today it is overcast here. Have fun on your milestone! Think of me while I pick through the requirements for one last stupid challenge cache I found yesterday. I know we own a few of them, but I really have come to appreciate….no new challenges. I should just pass on these.
02/28/2016 at 10:06 am #2047292I forecast he is caching with a couple of frogs. Have fun and congrats!
I am trying to log my finds from yesterday, but the mothership is not responding. I am headed to see the last performance of Beauty and the Beast this afternoon, before tonight’s festivities with Oscar.
