It’s been good to get out digging in the gardens, but taking a break to grab a few caches today.

05/06/2016 at 3:51 pm #2049418If you are in southeast WI and like cheap Vodka. Go to Pick and Save. They have Epic Vodka 1.75 liters on sale for $10.99 and if you are lucky you can get a $10 mail in rebate at the store. You could get mom hammered for under $2.
Since I usually mix it with something, I got one but it wasn’t $10.99, it was $16.99 with the $10 rebate. Still a good buy! Thanks BBG.
05/06/2016 at 5:17 pm #204941916.99??? I am disappointed. It was supposed to be $10.99. They probably decided to take a larger profit. You probably could of got it cheaper elsewhere with the rebate.

The organizers dropped the ball big time. Class sizes were supposed to be 12 per session. They were closer to 20. They failed to get permission slips for the kids to walk to the park two blocks away. So, they cancelled my class after three of the six sessions. Then, they asked me to run a basketball clinic to fill in the time. I tried to make it work with help from another parent.
To top it off. My set up, I was expecting to be at most of the day was left unattended for the afternoon and it was muggled. I lost the remote doorbell, three cache containers, and my rechargeable batteries. Thankfully, They did not find the cryptex.
And they forgot to budget my class. I was hoping to get $50 back of the $150 I spent.

05/07/2016 at 4:36 pm #2049438Enjoying the day north of Hwy. 64. Had breakfast in Amery and the first person I saw was a past business associate. You never know where you will run into an old acquantence!
05/07/2016 at 7:16 pm #2049439BBG, That completely sucks. Especially the financial part of it. I’m sorry to hear that happened to you…and to the kids who’d hoped to take part in it.
05/08/2016 at 7:57 am #2049441I’m getting the FTP for today? Really? Really??? And it’s almost 8:00!
Heading out to hike the IAT at the summer home now. Drivel on, all.
05/08/2016 at 8:17 am #2049442I wish I could go hike somewhere.

I would hope that the organizers would see this for your reasons listed. I can’t think of any excuse for this kind of ineptness! It sounds like they were flying by the seat of their pants and had no business being in charge.
