Still waiting on rain in Menasha.  Maybe today.

No rain at all. It’s in the forecast for the whole week, but so far, nothing. We could use a nice soaking. It would make pulling weeds a lot easier!

Darn signal loss on the TV right in the middle of the weather report.  Just a light rain here.  Hope it knocks down some of the dust on the roads.

Got a message from Time-Warner that starting in June, all TV subscribers have to use their cable box.  We currently don’t need or use their box because we receive their signals direct from the cable to the TV.  With their box, we’ll have to use their remote instead of the one that comes with our digital smart TV.  Not happy.  Worse, beginning sometime in 2017, we have to pay a monthy rental fee for said box.  2017 may be the year to cut the cord.

ALERT!: cache-jackings in Hudson. Don’t know if this is real or a hoax.

Very intriguing post.  He’s actually holding two caches from different owners for ransom.

Hard to say if it’s for real or not. I suppose some young punks out searching for morels came upon it. Or maybe a known cacher searching (unsuccessfully) for shrooms decided to play a prank. Spike is a nice guy and a great hider. Too bad they chose to pick on him.

Maybe the logs are a new way to say “TFTC”.
