I’m back!!! After not being able to log in for several weeks, I finally tried changing my password again…eureka! So, a happy belated birthday to Mrs. S and BC. And for Birdin’, the local newspaper has a photo of a snowy owl that’s been hanging around Oconto recently…the pic was taken at the construction site of a new mini-golf course right on the main drag. Unfortunately, I was out of town spoiling the grandkids again and missed it. I hope it hangs around the area a little longer.
P.S. The hip is doing great…I actually got out and found (or not found in two cases) a few caches in New Richmond this weekend before the frigid air moved in. That may be the end of that for a while though unless someone traveling south would like to take me with them…hint, hint!

The Veterans’ Memorial one has been in bad shape for some time. It was our first find and I had a hard time convincing my wife that it was a cache because there wasn’t a log sheet. But Chuck isn’t maintaining his caches anymore, so…

Yeah, once I get caught up on my cache logging, I figure I can think of something to throw in another forum instead of this one. I just check for recent posts now, and I forget that there are a whole bunch of other topics to post on. I’ll try to come up with something controversial to get some enthusiasm going here again. Gotta do something to drag folks away from the book of faces. (Thanks go to BBG for popularizing that term.)
