Mrs Robin doesn’t like being an empty nester it seems, the nest on my ladder is filling with little blue eggs again.

I could have used the ladder to get on the roof yesterday but I’d failed to remove the nest when I had the chance.

I’ve been using the TV tower to get onto the roof for years anyway.

At the time I posted, tickets were still available for the Chicago production through the theater.  I could have bought seats in January for between $100 and $540 each (after the fees were applied).  I had a couple $200 seats in my cart for January 24th, but I chose not to go forward.  The Hamilton obsessed daughter has not been easy to live with lately.  Santa might bring her tickets for next summer.

The resale market will crash.  The theater has announced the show will run for a minimum of two years in Chicago starting September 27th.  I can not see demand remaining that high.  Also, the cast has not been announced/finalized yet.  I want to know before I spend too much $$$.

Grandchild number 6 arrived this morning! The twins now have a big, little brother, Charles David, weighing in at 9# 10 oz. He was a high risk baby but so far, so good. Lots of smiles today!
