I’m suprised that Sandlanders didn’t claim First To Post on this page. As far as Bartrod being naughty or nice, the next week will see what list he goes on in my book. I put out several new caches to entice him to the GB event before he heads off to the Appleton event. He said he might grab them another day while running errands in town. I know the simple answer might be to disable them for a couple of days next week. 😀
I have a holiday party to go to tonight. Before I head out to that, I’m doing a couple loads of laundry and will be putting some dollar bills into Where’s George.

The buck stops here. . .and gets entered into Where's George.
Where's George? Stimulating the economy one EMS'ed dollar at a time.

I knew very well what I was doing… 😉 However, it is not necessary to say “FTP” to get credit for one. Sometimes less is more. And more is sometimes better, especially in the FTP count. 😈
12/08/2016 at 3:07 pm #2052625I’ll let it count.

12/08/2016 at 4:22 pm #2052627I put the snow tires back onto the pick-up this afternoon. Found that my Chinese made Larin floor jack didn’t have enough oil in it to get it to lift the truck. The jack from behind the seat worked just fine. I suppose I could add oil to the jack but I’m thinking it would just leak out again. Saturday when the dump opens I think I’ll just add it to the scrap metal pile.
12/08/2016 at 4:25 pm #2052628Maybe someone like Dr. Evermore could do something cool with that jack and a bunch more scrap metal.
12/08/2016 at 9:54 pm #2052630Just in case Santa doesn’t deliver….we are SUCH nerds. We got DVDs of all the original Star Trek series episodes AND another bunch with all the movies, at least the first batch of them. Watched episode 1 and 2 from the series tonight. Even though the sets look cheesy by modern standards, the storylines are still great…even if Shatner can’t act.
12/09/2016 at 7:51 am #2052635FTP for Friday the 9th.
We watched “For the Love of Spock” on Netflix last night, directed by his son, showing the life of Leonard Nimoy. ‘Fascinating’, as Mr. Spock would say! I remember seeing him on stage in Chicago, playing Sherlock Holmes. Quite the talent.
12/09/2016 at 12:19 pm #2052639Our younger son and his family want to get out of the trailer park, so they’ve been shopping around. They have found a place that they want to visit, and when they did the drive by, they checked out a “forest with some xc trails close to it.” Our son told his SO “I bet my mom and dad have a bunch of geocaches in there.’
Ah…yup. The house in question is just down the road from Bice Forest. If they end up in this place, maybe Pooh’s Pal can get his own GPS and take care of maintenance for us!

Huh! Now I know where the Grinch lives.Hey, I resemble that remark.

Ya gotta love those kindergarten teachers…what they have to tolerate at this time of year!!! I’m sure you know from your own teaching experience. I have a friend who is a music teacher in one of the fine public schools here in Green Bay, and it seems that she enjoys what she does.

Nothing coming down here yet, but it’s getting pretty close!
12/10/2016 at 5:12 pm #2052649I decided to put the plow blade on the 4-wheeler this afternoon, something I could have done in September, October, or November as it hasn’t been started since then but its so much more fun working out in 15 deg. than in shirtsleeves.
12/10/2016 at 5:32 pm #2052650Nothing here yet.
12/10/2016 at 5:33 pm #2052651I’ll take it!
