So yesterday, I bought western style riding boots….for when I go to New Mexico, whenever that can be worked out.  Haven’t ridden since college days, but I’ve got the itch.  I can’t seem to find a local riding stable, though.  There’s one up by Mom and Dad’s, I’ll practice a little up there.

After that, we did a lot of hiking that about killed our knees, but it was a wonderful day…ending with finding bear tracks…fresh…mama and baby, we presume.  This was in Minnesota just south of Wabasha.  I’ve just started logging our finds from there, and when I finish, the last find will have the photos.  It’s gonna take awhile…22 attempts, 21 finds.  I’ve logged two so far.

Thanks 🙂 I’d love to keep it going but 6 years of maintenance twice a year on 7+ miles of trail has gotten to be a bit much…and I was a lot younger back then…lol.

I see the Wisconsin state flower is starting to bloom, they’re in my neighborhood even.  I wouldn’t trust the WGA Geo Art to find out what it is, because I speak of the orange road cone.
