FTP two days in a row? Where are all our early-birds?
Here I am…FTP for Wednesday.
06/28/2017 at 7:37 am #2055499And I thought I could get that FTP for the day. Oh well, maybe some other day. I guess I’ll get back to my laundry.

06/28/2017 at 9:08 am #2055503I didn’t go to goat yoga last night. The grandkids missed their dads and wanted to hang out with them now that they’re home! Maybe next week.
Tonight we see a gymnastics performance.

Anywho, the rain came into Green Bay this morning, so the lunchtime concert I was hoping to go to was cancelled. I was really looking forward to visiting with an old (as in former as well as in age at this point) band director from my days (or is that daze) at Washington Middle School in Green Bay. I’ll have a chance to see him perform at another lunchtime concert in a month. However, it still looks like the Green Bay City Band will still be performing tonight in my neighborhood. That was the one thing that helped in my decision to move to the specific neighborhood I’m in.

06/29/2017 at 6:49 am #2055512FTP for Thursday and the year is almost halt over!
06/29/2017 at 12:26 pm #2055513I went out this morning on a first to find hunt, and ended up meeting up with two other cachers. We searched for about half an hour and still came up empty handed. It’s a 1.5 difficulty, so I’m guessing it’s either not there or the CO under rated the difficulty. It’s on my watchlist now, so I’ll see what happens.

06/29/2017 at 3:34 pm #2055514I got three FTF’s this afternoon on low difficulty caches that were published 12 days ago. Whoa!!! When was the last time something like that happened??? Lucky me 🙂

06/29/2017 at 4:12 pm #2055517Rod, I see you finally got up to Marinette today, and I’m also glad that Mimi has been busy putting out new caches. I’m intentionally waiting to go up there until I can get more pictures from Saint Louis this summer, considering Mimi is a Cardinals fan.

06/30/2017 at 9:29 am #2055523What’s everyone doing for the long weekend? I’ll be going up north for the weekend and will be watching the fireworks display in Mountain on Saturday. Then I’ll be returning in time to watch the display in Green Bay on Tuesday.

06/30/2017 at 10:57 am #2055524I think it’s been about 45yrs since I’ve watched fireworks. The only ones that I liked were the aerial bombs that shook your teeth when they went off. Of those the sneaky ones that would burst in a shower of stars and then when you relaxed would really shake you were the best.
06/30/2017 at 12:36 pm #2055525Years ago the Marshfield Jaycees used to put on the Independence Day fireworks display. I worked the ground crew for 4 or 5 years, loading the 8 and 10 inch mortars. Since then sitting and watching just isn’t a thrill. If I go it will be to please my wife and mom.

06/30/2017 at 12:48 pm #2055526Two new caches published yesterday morning. Despite having an appointment in Stevens Point, to the east, I went west to Marshfield first and grabbed one FTF. The second one was a little further west, in Granton, so I passed on it, figuring mukkatcher or jbsp&kids would get it. When nobody had logged it by this morning, I made the run and scored another FTF.

06/30/2017 at 2:16 pm #2055527Did someone leave the door wide open for me to be FTP on page 809?
