Good Afternoon from the SS Badger. Guess where I am going!
That ride is on my “someday” list. Is this a caching trip?
07/24/2017 at 5:36 pm #2055761At about noon I saw a Peacock strutting around on my driveway. I called the sheriff,s dept. but he doesn’t appear to be wanted. Right now he is bedded down in the bed of my pick-up, don’t know if anyone is going to show up for him or not.
I hear that peacock is delicious.
All opinions, comments, and useless drivel I post are mine alone and do not reflect the opinions of the WGA BOD.
07/24/2017 at 6:19 pm #2055762I wonder if that peacock was someone’s watch bird displaced by the recent weather. Add it to your yard bird list!
07/24/2017 at 6:36 pm #2055763He’s still hanging around, I think he likes the carpet bed liner in the pick-up.
About the time I get some recipes for peacock rounded up his owner will probably show up.
07/24/2017 at 7:46 pm #2055764I guess this week you get the souvenir just by dropping a trackable. That I did this afternoon.
The buck stops here. . .and gets entered into Where's George.
Where's George? Stimulating the economy one EMS'ed dollar at a time.
07/24/2017 at 10:13 pm #2055765No Deb, we’re taking the grandkids on an adventure with some caching where ever I can get the others to stop. A totally caching adventure will probably never happen out of WI.
07/24/2017 at 10:17 pm #2055766Tomorrow we ride the dunes at Silver Lake and hopefully find GC1CMWQ.
07/25/2017 at 12:05 am #2055767FTP for Tuesday the 25th!

That is a possibility. There are new owners at the East end of the sub. behind me. I’ll have to take a little ride on my bike to see what’s new in the neighborhood.
07/25/2017 at 8:33 am #2055770Also I’ve noticed a new vehicle in the area, a peacock blue Jeep suv.
07/25/2017 at 6:08 pm #2055771Jar, if it’s still around we’ll take that peacock once we move!
The best sig is no sig.
07/26/2017 at 12:06 am #2055773First to post on Wednesday the 26th, and post 13 to boot!

If he’s still around. I just have the idea that someone will show up some day and claim him. Or he may decide to move to a bigger, newer, or flashier truck (like a big Red one).
As he is capable of flying to his nightly roost 25′ up in a red pine, he is capable of leaving at any time and not necessarily with someone thinking of taking him home.
