Good Afternoon from the SS Badger. Guess where I am going!

That ride is on my “someday” list.  Is this a caching trip?

At about noon I saw a Peacock strutting around on my driveway. I called the sheriff,s dept. but he doesn’t appear to be wanted. Right now he is bedded down in the bed of my pick-up, don’t know if anyone is going to show up for him or not.

I hear that peacock is delicious.

All opinions, comments, and useless drivel I post are mine alone and do not reflect the opinions of the WGA BOD.

I wonder if that peacock was someone’s watch bird displaced by the recent weather.  Add it to your yard bird list!

He’s still hanging around, I think he likes the carpet bed liner in the pick-up.

About the time I get some recipes for peacock rounded up his owner will probably show up.

I guess this week you get the souvenir just by dropping a trackable.  That I did this afternoon.

The buck stops here. . .and gets entered into Where's George.

No Deb, we’re taking the grandkids on an adventure with some caching where ever I can get the others to stop.  A totally caching adventure will probably never happen out of WI.

Tomorrow we ride the dunes at Silver Lake and hopefully find GC1CMWQ.

That is a possibility. There are new owners at the East end of the sub. behind me. I’ll have to take a little ride on my bike to see what’s new in the neighborhood.

Also I’ve noticed a new vehicle in the area, a peacock blue Jeep suv.

Jar, if it’s still around we’ll take that peacock once we move!

If he’s still around. I just have the idea that someone will show up some day and claim him. Or he may decide to move to a bigger, newer, or flashier truck (like a big Red one).

As he is capable of flying to his nightly roost 25′ up in a red pine, he is capable of leaving at any time and not necessarily with someone thinking of taking him home.
