FTP for the last day of the July!

I went to the woods because I wished to live deliberately, to front only the essential facts of life, and see if I could not learn what it had to teach, and not, when I came to die, discover that I had not lived.

Ten days until I arrive in Saint Louis.

The buck stops here. . .and gets entered into Where's George.

41 finds today, putting me at 5957. Should be easy to hit 43 on my trip this weekend. Now it’s just a matter of not finding too many too quickly.

All opinions, comments, and useless drivel I post are mine alone and do not reflect the opinions of the WGA BOD.

It seems this thread goes in spurts where we have tons of activity, and then we’ll see where we only have FTP’s.  I come here for some real conversation folks, anything new and interesting going on?

I spent most of today in Manitowoc at the Maritime Museum and Lincoln Park Zoo. Interesting and fun!

Yes. Tight quarters, but I suppose you’d just get used to it.

How much you wanna bet the only way one knows of the cemetery in the small town is because there’s a WSQ cache in said cemetery in said small town.

Well, things have changed with the inspection report. There is a hole in the main support beam in the basement that I could fit my head inside at that place. That, along with other things the inspector caught, plus roof work that needs to be done has soured us on that house. The correct answer was Arkdale. Now we’re looking at one on Dyke Dr. in the Quincy area.

Plan is to do Copper Falls on Thursday, Big Bay on Friday, Amnicon and Pattison on Saturday. If I do it right, Pattison will be my last WGASP cache, my last DeLorme page, and #6000.

                  Wow, a trifecta!

We stayed in Pattison before we started caching. Beautiful park! Oh, the many pages I could’ve had done if we would’ve started caching when I first heard about it!
