I stop posting for a weekend because I was too busy with my Where’s George gathering, and you guys only post four more times. Was there some sort of mega or something? Oh yeah, West Bend.

The mega was OK, but the pancake breakfast was the real attraction in West Bend this weekend.

We missed any pancakes and stuff. We also weren’t able to go to a family bday party in Green Bay because…..Trekkin’s sciatica is bothering him. And I’d promised to go to a home party hosted by Pooh’s Pal’s mom yesterday. We were able to go to downtown LaCrosse and spend time at one of the other craft breweries here we hadn’t visited before. It was nice to just stay home. We’ve been on the run nearly every single weekend this summer, usually somewhere at least a four hour drive from here.

I just had an interesting one happen. Someone just found my cache by Maple Heights Campground, and I find out from my mom that it was the nephew of the original owner. The things that happen because of caching are quite amazing.

With all the hate in the news, I’ve decided to start my own “hate group”…nothing terrorist related…deals with micros in the woods 🙂
