          I thought there would be craphas for the parade this morning in Green Bay, but it was not to be.  I’m kinda jealous of Milwaukee for getting it before Green Bay has anything significant.

                  Pooh’s Pal was with us this weekend, and he stayed here with Trekkin’ while I went to a pop-up shop at a new yarn shop in LaCrosse.  When I got home, they were out looking for one of our caches.  Packers sucked, so why sit in, right?

                      :ftp: for an I-don’t-want-to-go-to-work Monday. Three day week, kids are off on Wednesday, so only two days for them. Makes it hard to keep them focused and get any real work done.

                        I also think the coaching staff doesn’t think football is a team sport.  Of course Brett Favre was a great quarterback in his day and Aaron Rodgers is also top notch.  Rodgers is out at the moment, but that’s no excuse for the defense to man down.  The offense also needs to step up and play football.

                          In other news today. . .I got an e-mail over the weekend from Old Chicago here in Green Bay that I had a code I needed to cash in at my home location here, there were several different amounts I could have won – $5, $10, $20, or $500.  I went in and found out I won $20, so it was a free lunch and a couple of beers for me.  I had a calzone for lunch, and I had several beers to add to my world beer tour and ended up only paying about $5 out of pocket after my $20 was taken off my bill.  Because I also had my 55th beer on my current tour, I still walked away with $15 to use next time.
