12/18/2017 at 7:06 am #2057049FTP for the 18th! Have a good week all. Does everyone work all week or is Friday a holiday for you?
I went to the woods because I wished to live deliberately, to front only the essential facts of life, and see if I could not learn what it had to teach, and not, when I came to die, discover that I had not lived.

12/18/2017 at 8:04 am #2057051Was everyone missing in action over the weekend? I think I was the only one to post for two full days.

12/18/2017 at 11:20 am #2057052Yesterday’s game reminded me of so many with #4 instead of #12. One less bad throw and we probably win the game. So many scrambles when you’re not sure he’s going to survive. Big difference between now and then was the defense, but even that stepped up enough making stops to keep us closer than 3 interceptions would make seem possible.

12/18/2017 at 3:05 pm #2057054I stopped out at Lambeau today and ran into a Seahawks fan there. Funny thing is we both agree about the coaching staffs of both teams. All I’ll say is one coach on defense has got to go, I won’t say his name but I’ll say that his initials are Dom Capers. I understand that the offense suffered to a degree without Rodgers, but that doesn’t mean the defense doesn’t get to show up.

Friday is the last day for me until Jan. 2. Planning at least one long caching trip over break. Tardis, maybe?
All opinions, comments, and useless drivel I post are mine alone and do not reflect the opinions of the WGA BOD.

Tardis is well worth the drive.

12/19/2017 at 5:35 pm #2057064Well, looks like there’s no playoff football in Green Bay. However, I still have plans to do the Lambeau Virtual on NYE for my cache find #3,200.

My phone has been blowing up the past three days with winter storm warnings from Oregon. One called for up to 10″ at elevations over 5000′ (which included parts of my old school district). They had snow on the ground in late October, but the temperature fluctuations out there mean that they could be getting several inches of snow and it could be gone in a couple days. However, last winter, we had as much as 4′ on the ground by February.
