If I lived in Marinette, I would’ve found it a long time ago. Speaking of Marinette, it looks like Marinette Co may not have any lonely ones at all? But I’m just going by memory of my borders of the county compared to the satellite map of the list. Are there any counties that don’t have any lonely caches at all?
Menominee County shouldn’t have any lonelies, but that’s because the one cache there is a virtual.
That explains why I don’t have that one off my county list yet.
The best sig is no sig.
01/12/2018 at 8:23 am #2057320I just went out and started scraping the half inch of craphas off of the ice on my drive. I don’t know why it feels so cold out, a week ago I would been rejoicing in the 20 deg. raise in the temperature.

It’s the only county I have found all the caches.
The buck stops here. . .and gets entered into Where's George.

01/12/2018 at 11:12 pm #2057330So where’s everyone in the p.m. hours? Hopefully finding those caches before the craphas storm (if you can call it that) that we’re about to get on Monday.

01/13/2018 at 6:58 am #2057331FTP for the 13th.
I think I’ll take a brisk walk with some like-minded people!
01/13/2018 at 7:13 am #2057332Just checked on the ice for the local Milwaukee area rivers last night for a friend who wants to do some T4.5 caches today, and am saddened to see how quickly the 6″+ ice from Monday has melted to open water in places. I am sure glad that I got out on Monday and Tuesday to walk on water to grab my last remaining local river caches, but was hoping to get some more this next week. At least the ground is bare here (until Monday) for easy pickings…
01/13/2018 at 1:16 pm #2057336I woke up to complete darkness as the power had gone out in the whole neighborhood, maybe farther. No answer on the outage line, so they must have known already. Of course, since I had the time to sleep and it was not ideal to get up anyway, I just lie awake. About an hour later, the power was back on, having been out about 2 1/2 hours. By then, I was ready to hibernate again!
01/13/2018 at 9:45 pm #2057341Six and a half months out and I’m already dusting off my Saint Louis pocket query. There’s not much downtown and that’s where I’ll be staying when I go. That’s why I center it out in Charlack.

01/14/2018 at 11:42 am #2057343I’m going to a workshop in Lake Geneva on the 27th. Think I may stop at one of the Australia Day events on my way home. There’s one in Janesville and one in Madison.
All opinions, comments, and useless drivel I post are mine alone and do not reflect the opinions of the WGA BOD.

There’s also one in Green Bay, but that’s enough shameless self promotion from the event host.

Yeah, but Green Bay isn’t between Lake Geneva and Auburndale.

I’m sure it can be with a little mental gymnastics. Oh who am I kidding?

01/14/2018 at 3:58 pm #2057350I will admit to taking some pretty crazy routes for the sake of geocaching, like the time I was in West Bend and picked up caches in Milwaukee, Racine, Kenosha, Walworth, and Jefferson Counties on my way home.
