A day late and a dollar short. Craphas all over outside. Bah – have to drive to Chicago today.
The views expressed here are that of myself only and do not necessarily represent that of the WGA board.
11/25/2014 at 8:49 am #2026557Some wonderful young neighbors of ours were out early this morning cleaning off our driveway and sidewalks of snow:)
To show how stir-crazy I’m getting, I spent the afternoon yesterday trying, and I emphasize “trying”, to solve some caching puzzles…I hate some of those Green Bay/Fox Valley puzzles!!!

11/25/2014 at 8:55 am #2026729Having fun perusing the site this morning. Most areas seem to be working well. Seems though that all of the recent logs are from Pilgrims (1600). Like the WGA SP leader board. Another way to see who is crazier than us. Nothing planned for today except the snow removal so I will probably be back often today.

I have a blue snowman….actually a couple of them but I like this pink one better (for now).

Oh, sure! I spent hours yesterday on your Chocolate Jesus puzzle…again without success…and now you’re going to torture me some more:( I hope there’s lots yellow snow in your Christmas stocking!

11/25/2014 at 11:10 am #2029078Took the two of us a couple of hours to clear the six inches of craphas that fell in Sandland. Had to clear a flatter roof overhang where the drifts there were two feet high. Never ever have had to clear snow off any roof in November before!
Word has it that ZB has started to stockpile snow. No marshmallows made yet.
11/25/2014 at 12:26 pm #2029081I saw a Target commercial last night. Happy kids singing about Christmas and at one point carrying a big snow hunk with words like “a marshmallow world.” So who’s the Target mole in here?
11/25/2014 at 1:42 pm #2029101Who reads books on a kindle or tablet? I have a tablet and don’t know if I have to download an app and if so, what.
11/25/2014 at 1:45 pm #2029102I am capitulating!
Someone who lives here says the church dinner tomorrow is not a substitute for turkey day. Since I have discovered I have to go back to the store anyway for sugar, I have decided…this year, I’m buying premodern pie crusts!! (I am one of those everything from scratch cooks).
That “someone” does none of this cooking, btw
11/25/2014 at 1:46 pm #2029103Premodern…should be premade. Autocorrect. What I typically do is “premodern.”
11/25/2014 at 1:47 pm #2029104So……can I do this?
