All opinions, comments, and useless drivel I post are mine alone and do not reflect the opinions of the WGA BOD.
01/24/2015 at 7:58 am #2034104It seems like a great day to get lost in a warehouse of alcohol. Translation: Have a great day, I am headed to work.

It’s interesting how the interaction of fans from different teams has changed from the times when we grew up. I was a huge baseball fan in the 1950’s and 60’s when Cubs and Braves fans cherished the opportunity to see Banks and Santo go up against Aaron and Mathews. I was even lucky enough back then to live next door to Eddie Mathews who became good friends with my parents.
01/24/2015 at 8:33 am #2034106I’m going to do what Jim said, also, “tupperware…multi-million, etc.”. Only logged in on 88 today, can’t post on 89 or 90. Anyone else with this issue?

We always went to games at Wrigley where “22,000 unreserved seats went on sale every day”. Sat in the front row of the grandstand seats for $1.75, I think. My mom and my grandma would get in free on Ladies’ Day. There were some lean times, 1966 for sure, when they didn’t even open the upper deck of the grandstand. Parked on the side streets for free and walked a few blocks to the stadium. Always got Frosty Malts at the games. Day baseball… “Let’s play two!”
01/24/2015 at 9:05 am #2034110Uhhhhh…. Noonan? I don’t think the map is big enough to mark where you live…

I was wrong… There’s one showing up in Ohio, so make your mark in Oregon, Noonan. 😀

01/24/2015 at 10:29 am #2034120The Ohio user was somehow registered as a WGA Member instead of Out-Of-State Member. It looks like there is a “bug” in my registration code.
I would like to keep the map Wisconsin only instead of one or two markers spread out across the country and the Wisconsin markers all packed together in a tiny part of the map. (sorry Noonan)
01/24/2015 at 10:35 am #2034122Becky, you are most likely seeing a cached version of the page. Refresh the page (Press F5).
Hint: Unless you are on a public computer, you really don’t need to log out.
01/24/2015 at 11:30 am #2034125Hooking up with some other cachers to look for bear bait tomorrow…hope it doesn’t get too boring. Am bringing my new edition of the FTP magazine along to read.
