Be still my beating heart! We had reached a point where we just had one Wisconsin LB hybrid left to find. Now we have four!
Hope to get out for one of them today. Another will be tomorrow’s adventure. The last two will have to wait a little longer. Thanks to all who have placed these all too rare cache types.
06/05/2009 at 11:52 am #1909159There is a new and very prolific letterboxer in the GB area, athomedad, who we made acquaintance with and got talking about letterbox hybrids. Looks like he was able to team up with some geocachers to get a hybrid placed.
In other news, there should be a new letterbox in the Eau Claire area for you in coming weeks…I have to get it in the mail first…
On the Left Side of the Road...06/05/2009 at 12:16 pm #1909160Oh, and we just bought 4 blocks of PZ-Cut…
On the Left Side of the Road...06/05/2009 at 3:03 pm #1909161I’m hoping to get to Hobby Lobby this weekend so I can work on my first stamp.

Pierce Park Letterbox is missing as it the new Peabody Letterbox, both by the same Letterboxer. I hope they don’t get too discouraged.
06/17/2009 at 3:32 pm #1909164Two more yesterday 😀
On the Left Side of the Road...06/17/2009 at 4:21 pm #1909165There might be a few up Up Nort soon, as soon as get a few minutes to review my help thread.

We’ll admit to half of that, as T&B can attest to. 😀 @cheezehead wrote:

Yes, Cheezehead. Please do check that thread.
06/17/2009 at 10:15 pm #1909167Well then there must have been three yesterday, because the ones I were thinking of were put out by Lander & Lancelot and jhaas!
On the Left Side of the Road...06/17/2009 at 10:37 pm #1909168Yes, we can Pat! Very nicely done, as always. We really got a chuckle out of all the homes on the way there….Trekkin’ taught at a school that served an area much like this once, and has some funny stories about home visits to round up errant students!
If we weren’t heading down to set up at the Villa Louis Rendezvous tomorrow, we’d be in Eau Claire grabbing that one and others, too.
This is helping. We’ve had to scrap our western travel plans, which would have included a boatload of letterboxes in the Black Hills. I’m sure the Badlands and Black Hills will still be there next year, however!
