I had limited time to cache today so went to Arpy’s Re-Morse first. Looks like high water so I decided not to spend the rest of the day with two soakers. Next was ”The Trail’s Gone Cold”. Well, that was hot today. Every parking spot in the area was taken. It seems today was the day that a fifty mile run event was being held. Lots of people nursing blisters and sore muscles. Not a good time to cache on the trails. Ended up hiking a new (to me) section of the ice age trail with Kanook. Seems like this Husky pup likes the water. He saw a frog for the first time and chased it into a pond. He discovered cool water feels good on a warm day.
I hate this weather.. I’m meeting with Trudy & the beast in about 30 mins, and I don’t know if we’re actually going to go out to cache, for which will be my first time.. I hope we still go, regardless if my mom does too or not 😛
