Travelertags?

I have a “travelertag” from a cache. The site for these is http://www.travelertags.com but it appears to be defunct…or at least no new logs since earlier this year even though the site is still up. The groundspeak forums don’t have any info on this site since back in 2005. I did track down the bug owner and he says just toss it, but I’m curious if anyone knows anything about this site or what happened to it…etc…

I’ve never heard of it, but I know there are a few trackable sites out there. Another one that comes to mind is Geokrety.
