Hi, A while ago we found a laminated card that says, “You’ve found the Wisconsin CacheHopper Bug!”. It says to e-mail [email protected] with “your adventures”. It also says, “This bug belongs to Geocache Username: MERLIN 1974.”
We have tried to e-mail j.m. Franck and have tried to find MERLIN 1974, both with no success. Any ideas? We would like to get this back to the owner. It is a tag with nothing attached to it. Thanks.
Go to geocaching.com and look under Merlin1974 (one word) and I found him. It seems he hasn’t been caching since September 2005 so who knows if the e-mail address is still active. Try sending him an e-mail directly through his profile as maybe he updated that.
