When does an item qualify to become unstuck?
This is a rather interesting question. It would seem to me that in order for an item to become unstuck, one must have the will and the means to unstuck the item. Obviously, if the item has negligible utility or intrinsic value, there can be little desire for it to become unstuck. Then too, the item may have greater value in it’s current stuck position than it might have if it were to become unstuck. It seems that there may be other issues to address here as well. What priority will be given to unstucking the item? There may be a number of other stuck items that must be unstuck first. What will the difficulty of unstucking the item be? What is the merit of unstucking the item? If the item remains stuck, will it cause one undue duress? How much will unstucking cost? could go on, but in short, call Tripple A.
