Volunteers for WGA Booth at Cash Bash

We will need volunteers to set up and staff the WGA booth at Cash Bash. The WGA booth will be in Regner Park, and provide WGA information to attendees, hopefully nametags, and other possible items.

The booth will be open 0700 – 1800, and we are looking for people who want to take a one or two hour break from caching to staff the booth.

Here is the work schedule. Please post to this topic the hours that you can help out.

0630 – 0700 Set-up

0700 – 1800 (Choose your 1 or 2 hour increment)

1800 – 1830 Tear down.

Gr8 Eyes & I have been watching the download thread .. it looks like they may be set there .. if so, we were looking at handling the shirt sales for a portion of Saturday morning but not 6:30 AM this year ..

I hope there are more volunteers for this and I’m just missing that thread somewhere. I will be around for the entire weekend, and will help where I’m needed, but I do want to spend some of the time caching with Trekkin’ and friends as well. Please tell me some others have stepped up…. 😯
