Volunteers needed

With the 2004 WGA Picnic at MacKenzie Environmental Center just around the corner, are asking fr some volunteers to make this event a success!!!

We will be placing temp hides on July 17th with a rain date of the 18th. Please post below if you can help with this…the more people that volunteer to help with this the better. We are looking for creative and fun hides!!! We know how creative everyone is!!!

We also need volunteers to bring items such as charcoal, water, ice, and soda. Please post below if you are able to bring anything.

Lastly…we will be having door prizes/give-aways…if you would like to donate cool items it would be appreciated.

I am sure that there are other things that we will need so please check back frequently. Thank you ahead of time for your generosity of time, commitment, and donations. It is because of you that these events are the successes that they are!!!

I’m always willing to help where I can, and though my numbers say otherwise, I am reasonably new to this sport (only here for 9 months). I am a bit curious about the cache hide dates…is it always done a month in advance? Tishman & Co. will actually be heading up to the Dells for that week, so we could stop and play a game of hide and seek! Or in this case, hide and seek at a later date.

You can count the Hotdogs in for a couple hides on the 17th. Will also be available for anything else needed for the temp hides. We’ll also bring a couple donations for the drawings.

I won’t be able to make it due to a schedule conflict, but I can donate some NFL game tickets to the raffle or for a cache prize or whatever. Who would I send them to?

Seriously though it would be an awesome door prize…if you are serious about donating them for the picnic you can send them to me as picnic chair (I will provide my address to you in an email if you would like and I will be sure to bring them to the picnic)

Lorrie (Lil Otter) will appreciate this as a great addition to the donations she is collecting.

hmm…I have never been to an actual NFL game…there just has to be a way to stuff the ticket box….
