I’m looking for an inexpensive programmable handheld scanner. Must have VHF Hi band, have BNC antenna connecter, and in good working condition.
If you have one one to sell, let me know.

Brian,
I’ve got an old Uniden SportCat SC150B. It works fine for most bands, including 800MHz (no tracking) but not low band for some reason. I replaced it with a BC235 then gave that to my dad when I got a BC245. The SC150B is sitting here collecting dust. I’ve got a charger, battery pack and its antenna. I’ve no idea where the instruction manual is but I might have the original box somewhere in the basement…I’ll look.
If this meets your needs, the price is real cheap.
Let me know.

Steve,
I need it to receive 144mhz – 165mhz. By low band are you referring to the 50 mhz area?
If it works for the VHF-HI, I may be interested.

I have a new Bearcat BC60XLT that I bought on eBay and wanted to resell it. I wanted it to have the air band and it doesn’t. Otherwise it is new and used as a display demo. The plastic is on the display and the unit is unblemished. All paperwork and box is included. I was stiffed on eBay and have not relisted it. Look the unit up on the internet and see if you are interested. I will sell it for a fraction of the new price.
