I understand that in past years there has been a WORLD CLASS winter event in Waukesha. If I’m being given good skinny, does anyone know if one is planned for this year?
I believe that you might be thinking of the Waukesha Winter Janboree. I haven’t heard anything yet about it this winter. Last year I think it was put on by a City of Waukesha entity with help from AuntieNae and maybe the Tapps.
It should be listed soon. Same weekend as in the past. We are working on a meet and greet location large enough, with food and service, for our group size. ..
We’re newbies with this group. Any chance you could let us know the date?

The Waukesha Winter Janboree is scheduled for:
January 18th, 19th & 20th, 2008.
I’m assuming the event would be Jan. 19th (Saturday) as per previous years.

The Janboree last year was a great event — can’t wait to be back (of course I missed the year before, which was in blizzard conditions!)
